Alerts

Alert What it means What to do
Will run out before the next order Even if you order today, the order would arrive too late Order it now. If another one of your stores has extra, bring some over from there
Postponed by budget They didn't fit in your budget and were the least urgent Add them from Orders if you have money left over
The supplier's minimum is too high Buying the minimum would give you stock for more than 6 months Negotiate a lower minimum, or make the call yourself
Too much stock More than 10 weeks of stock Don't buy; move it to another store or run a promotion
Not selling No sales in months and you have stock Consider clearing them out to free up the money
Sales are changing Lately they're selling quite a bit more or less than before Check whether the price, the competition, or the season has changed
Limited by expiry We order less so they don't expire It's worth receiving them more often
New products They only have a few weeks of sales Check the quantity yourself

In Alerts you see them grouped, from most to least urgent. The red number in the menu counts the products that are running out.
