Review, send, and log orders

Change quantities, send via WhatsApp, and mark orders as sent and as received.

In Orders you have a block for each supplier, with the total and the products to order.

Change quantities

• Tap View and edit products to open the block.
• The + and − buttons go up and down one case at a time, based on the product's units per case.
• You can also type in the quantity. You'll see "Changed (suggested N)" as a reminder of what we suggested.
• To remove a product from the order, set it to 0.

Send it to the supplier

• Send via WhatsApp: opens WhatsApp with the order already written out, ready for you to pick the supplier's contact.
• Copy message: copies the same text so you can paste it wherever you want.
• Copy for Excel: copies a table with supplier, store, code, product, quantity, cost, and amount, ready to paste into a spreadsheet.

Mark as sent

After you send the order, tap Mark as sent. This way:

• The quantities move to on order and won't be suggested again.
• The order is saved in Logged orders, with its date, products, and amount.

If you don't mark it, Abastecia will keep suggesting those quantities until you upload new stock.

Mark as received

On the Professional and Business plans, when the goods arrive, tap Mark as received in Logged orders. The units are added to your stock and subtracted from what's on order.

On the Basic plan, upload your updated stock when the goods arrive.
