Security and privacy of your data

Where your data is stored, who can see it, and how to request a copy or have it deleted.

• Only your company sees your data. Every piece of data carries your company's ID, and the app never shows data from another company.
• Encrypted connection. Everything travels encrypted between your browser and our servers.
• Protected passwords. We don't store your password, only an encrypted fingerprint of it that can't be reversed. No one at Abastecia can see it.
• Where it's stored. On Google Cloud servers in the United States, with daily backups.
• Your data is yours. We use it only to provide the service to you. We don't sell it or share it.
• Copy and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it when you cancel your account. See Support.
• Access log. We keep a record of who signs in and which files are uploaded, so we can look into any problem.
